The Urban Rest Stop provides a clean, safe and welcoming facility where individuals and families can come and use restrooms, shower and laundry facilities. All services are provided at no cost to patrons.

What’s behind the gate? It’s the Low Income Housing Institute’s new Ballard Urban Rest Stop! We’ll be opening the doors on Thursday, October 1st for the community, friends, and supporters to see our beautiful new hygiene center for homeless residents of Ballard. Please drop in any time from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at 2014 NW 57th Street, Seattle. There will be a brief program at 4:30pm.
LIHI’s third Urban Rest Stop provides homeless residents of Ballard with free showers, laundry, and other hygiene services, plus referrals to housing and services. The facility will be open to patrons starting Monday October 12th. Services will be provided Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.
